From the 12th March 2008, dining at The County Hotel will be a different experience. Our Chefs have devised a new & improved menu for those that wish an exclusive dining experience in Dalkeith. International cuisine with a Scottish flair is the approach which has been taken, along with a focus upon providing the highest quality ingredients at the best local prices.  However, to the delight of our regulars, the old favourites will remain on the new menu. Our new menu comes with a completely new look; a stylish, more appealing & complete menu that will provide high quality fresh food for those that want to enjoy good food in a bar environment.

New Privilege Card
In order to reward the loyalty of our customers, The County Hotel has launched “The County Hotel Privilege Card”.  This offers our regular customers the opportunity to enjoy discounted prices at the Hotel and in addition to this, and to celebrate our new bar menu, The County Hotel is also offering a 15% discount on the A la Carte Menu for the whole of April 2008.

The Rendevous Bar

Opened in 1974, the Rendezvous Bar, offers an excellent selection of Malt whiskies, Scottish and imported beers. Its décor gives the impression of intimate comfort as in a small traditional theatre bar yet it combines the latest technology to allow you to enjoy your spare time such us WiFi connection, and plasma TVs.  All in all its the perfect atmosphere  to relax in after a long day at work or with friends.
