 Prices
The price of the accommodation includes electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water, central heating (when appropriate) and a choice of Full English, Continental or lighter options for breakfast. Bath sheets, hand towels and face cloths are also provided. Each room has a hairdryer, welcome toiletries and a complementary refreshment tray.
Pets
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Acceptance of Children
Sorry, no children under the age of 5 years are allowed at this property.
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. We do not take a deposit but your booking is guaranteed when you provide your credit or debit card details. If you cannot honour your booking please give as much notice as possible and we will make every effort to re-let your room(s). If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for payment. If the room(s) cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us no later than 5 p.m. to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.
Departure
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on the night before departure, including any additional services you may have used during your stay.
We reserve the right cancel any bookings which do not comply with the above Terms and Conditions.
